NexTech Academy Experience
With a dedicated laptop provided for your educational use, you will engage in an exceptional technical curriculum known as NexTech Academy. Progressing through each module, the Dean of The Eco Plumbers University will offer unwavering support, ensuring a conducive learning environment. Upon completion of each module, your understanding and skills will be evaluated, guiding you toward earning your NexTech Certification.
Hands-On Lab Experience
Your toolkit, including a range of Milwaukee hand tools, will be provided through convenient payroll deductions, ensuring you have the necessary equipment for hands-on learning. In our specially designed lab environments that replicate real home settings, our university trainers will lead you through practical training sessions. These sessions focus on teaching essential repair and replacement skills while fostering a deep comprehension of residential plumbing systems. Real-World Experience Through Ride-Alongs
Experience the dynamics of real-world plumbing service with our Ride-along Program. Collaborate with our team of independent service professionals for a unique, hands-on training experience. You’ll join them on actual service calls, learning from their extensive experience and seeing firsthand the effectiveness of our Service System. Ride-alongs are an invaluable part of your training, offering you the chance to observe, participate, and engage in Q&A sessions as you move between client sites and our facilities. Our Training Program
Learning our unique service system and developing technical expertise will require your commitment and active participation in the program. During your training, you will learn and practice many skills as you complete the course. Your trainers and coaches will teach you what you need to know to become an independent service professional. You will also enjoy the camaraderie of the team and have some fun along the way!
The Program
NexTech Academy
Using a laptop assigned to you for classroom use, you’ll learn from an excellent technical program called NexTech Academy. As you progress through each section, you’ll have the support of the Dean of The Eco Plumbers University. As you complete sections, you will test your knowledge and work towards becoming NexTech Certified.
Lab Training
Through affordable payroll deductions, you will receive a set of Milwaukee tools. Within a controlled lab setting, the university trainer will direct hands-on training to teach repair and replacement techniques. Developing a critical understanding of the home plumbing system is made easier by training in a lab built like an actual home.
Hands-On Plumbing Training Brings It All Together
Ride-along for hands-on training in customers’ homes
You will benefit from working with multiple ride-along trainers who are independent service professionals. Training takes place while going to appointments and helping people. They will teach you what they have learned from their experiences and show you why following our service system sets our team up to Win The Day!
