Very impressed from the beginning! They were quick getting someone out to give me an estimate! Jeff went over everything in detail and offered a few different choices. After my decision, they were able to get it installed in the morning! Impressed with their efficiency and friendliness! I would most definitively recommend this company!👍😁

As everyone knows, when you need a plumber you start panic mode because you just imagine it going to be a bad situation. We have had plenty of them, plumbers telling us we needed way more than we actually did & prices high enough to make you cry. Well we put off for months having our issues fixed for just those reasons. We had one estimate at over $7200 & was told they wouldn’t fix the drywall afterwards. This week we called ECO plumbing & Bobby Hickey came out to look at everything that had multiplied because we let it go. He said we are going to do this, I have a regular guy that takes care of this part, & the drywall will be taken care of too. And he started things in motion. Gave us an estimate that wasn’t even a third of what the other company quoted well over a year ago. We have much respect for Bobby Hickey & Eco plumbing ! Bobby kept us informed of everything going on & was very personal & friendly. Really enjoyed them doing work in our home. Never made a mess that they never cleaned up. Thank you very much. Highly recommend this company & definitely Bobby Hickey !

Tyler was very knowledgeable and to the point. He was clear informing me of all of my options while still giving his expert advice. I didn’t feel like I was being pushed into purchasing something I didn’t want or need. He worked quickly and efficiently. He didn’t waste any time getting the job done.

I had a fantastic experience with James’s from ECO! From start to finish, he was professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue quickly, and had our system back up and running in no time. He took the time to explain everything clearly and offered helpful maintenance tips. The pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. It’s clear they care about doing the job right and treating customers well. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family!

Bob from Eco was fantastic! Dealing with a failed water tank is never fun, but Bob was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to thoroughly explain all the options available to me. He communicated everything clearly and patiently, making sure I understood the pros and cons of each choice. I really appreciated him also mentioning their membership program, which looks like it could save me money down the line. He then helped me with finding a new sump pump. Overall, excellent service and I felt confident in the decision I made thanks to Bob's expertise and communication. Highly recommend!
