I had the pleasure of working with Joe Duncan with Eco Plumbers for a plumbing issue at my home, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service. From the moment I called, they were quick to respond and were very professional in scheduling an appointment at my convenience. The plumber arrived on time, wearing protective gear, and quickly diagnosed the problem with my clogged main drain. They explained the issue in detail, providing a clear estimate for the work before proceeding. The repair was completed efficiently and at a reasonable price. What impressed me most was their attention to detail—everything was cleaned up after the job was done, and the repair is working perfectly! Chris was excellent! What a nice man and he did a great job fixing our fireplace gas connection that we were able to install it and get the job done today and the price was fair!! I love that they come out for no charge then price the job based on what you need!! He was out of here in 35 minutes and I have posted a picture of the finished job that I did placing the sand and logs after Chris got the gas kit hooked up! I will be callling Ecos for more things now!! Great Service!!

Entire experience from beginning to end was pleasant. Clear communication, transparent pricing and scoping, lots of options, friendly and responsive staff. Matt Smith, our installing plumber, took good care of us with our new water heater. Highly recommended.

Oh my gosh i love ❤️ my me faucet. These guys Sean and Chris (lord i hope his name Chris) lol 😂 they did an amazing job replacing my old faucet. It was a crazy job on a Roman tub but they did it with ease. I’m always curious so i was watching and asking questions hoping they wouldn’t tell me to get loss while they worked lol. Such friendly amazing young gentleman and Sean actually did work here when he was with another company back in the day so i knew his work. Eco plumbers are the best , never going back to roto rooter again ha. Check out the photos tho very nice work ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Our technician, Mike Anderson, was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. I received a recommendation from family members to try Eco Plumbers, and I'm glad I did. I got on the EcoFi Advantage plan, which was HALF the cost of what I paid at Roto-rooter for the same service last year (root clearing my home's main sewage line), and with the plan, I'll get a number of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC services included throughout the year. I'm in an older home, so having something like this seems almost life saving. Definitely give them a shot! Edit: Had to update. Another technician, Donnie Todd, came out with his crew (Jacob and Cody) to reline our sewer line. This was a big project, and they were filling me in every step of the way. It was evident that Donnie was an expert in his field. I am happy I made the choice to get the trenchless liner and never have to worry about roots getting in again. Thanks, guys!
