Focus on Service, Not Selling!<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>THE RESPONSIBILITIES<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete all calls efficiently, troubleshoot malfunctions, and educate customers<\/li>\n<li>Meet and exceed key performance requirements<\/li>\n<li>Deliver quality workmanship (possess the necessary tools to do the job)<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck<\/li>\n<li>Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services<\/li>\n<li>Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business<\/li>\n<li>Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings<\/li>\n<li>Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees<\/li>\n<li>Follow our service system and educate the customer on products and services<\/li>\n<li>Perform physical activity in various climate conditions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>We are a company with a strong growth plan and you\u2019ll have the opportunity to go as far as your winning attitude and hard work can take you.<\/p>\n<p><strong>THE QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2-5 years of proven residential electrical experience with the desire to be a better technician tomorrow than you are today<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of local codes and the ability to make on-the-job applications<\/li>\n<li><strong>Valid driver\u2019s license, 4 points or less and no DUI convictions within 7 years<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Must pass a background check, drug test, and physical exam<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software<\/li>\n<li>An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>At Eco Plumbers, Electricians, and HVAC Technicians, you\u2019ll work with a great team that takes pride in coming through for our clients!
