THE OPPORTUNITY:

Eco is seeking an experienced Production Coordinator to join our growing team!

As a Production Coordinator, you will maintain all aspects of the administration and communication of production, permit obtainment, restorations, and inspections for our client’s safety and compliance with the company’s state licenses.

Shift: Mon – Fri, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

THE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Knowledgeable of all company policies and guarantees
• Knowledge of Nexstar Install System
• Knowledge of safety and code requirements
• Use Service Titan job forms to track job preparation steps
• Maintain production processes
• Maintain and distribute up-to-date records of city requirements
• Obtain production permits daily
• Effectively maintain permits email box
• Meet daily revenue and sold-hour efficiency goals
• Provide “Welcome Calls” and “Wrap Up Calls”
• Have all job forms approved by the department manager
• Update customers on all scheduling needs
• Effectively resolve customer issues
• Handles all customer communication within the coordination department
• Establish customer rapport to ensure the highest level of satisfaction
• Aid in scheduling subcontractors and completing purchase orders
• Schedule inspections & communicate effectively with the cities and the customer
• Job preparation for upcoming work (permits, inspections, etc)
• Consistent communication and follow-up with all call center and dispatch team members
• Schedule, dispatch, and complete proper debriefing for production technicians
• Collect funds and financing on all production projects
• Utilize standard email and spreadsheets

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Exceptional follow-through
• Proficient in CRM software
• Skilled in conflict resolution and de-escalation
• Basic knowledge and understanding of G-Suite
• Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening
