THE OPPORTUNITY:

Eco is seeking experienced HVAC Residential Installers to join our growing Columbus team!

As an HVAC Lead Installer, you help provide our customers a comfortable temperature, no matter what the weather is outside, while helping them save money each month on utility bills without sacrificing their comfort. HVAC Lead Installers must be ready to install all heating and cooling systems in a home or office building. This role offers a $2,500.00 sign-on bonus for experienced HVAC Installers based on experience.

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Follow our install system and educate the customer on products and services
• Meet and exceed key performance requirements
• Deliver quality workmanship (possess the necessary tools to do the job)
• Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
• Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
• Report to the HVAC Install Foreman on projects
• Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings
• Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees
• Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions
• Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business

THE QUALIFICATIONS

• EPA Certified
• 3+ years of Experience
• Complete knowledge of the National Code and Local Codes
• Understand and comply with OSHA rules and regulations
• Strong verbal communicator and ability to learn iPad software
• An individual contributor who also enjoys winning as a team
• Offers are contingent upon passing a pre-employment background check and drug screening
