On 1/6/2024, Chad, Eco HVAC tech, found that my heat exchanger was cracked. He informed me that Carbon Monoxide was detected while the furnace was running. He contacted the office to get a tech out to provide a quote for a new HVAC system. Adam arrive shortly before Noon. He introduced himself and explained the process of doing the quote. He then did a survey of my home to determine the size of system that would be the best match for me. Once he was ready he sat down with my Mom (who lives with me) and myself to go over our options. He explained that it would be more expensive to install a new furnace and then later replace the A/C. The best and cheapest option was to replace the whole HVAC system, approximately $5,000 cheaper no matter which system we chose. It was great that he used a tablet that showed all our furnace options instead of having to go through half-dozen brochures. He went over each HVAC system, the pluses and minuses. He showed us the options we could choose from and helped us determine what would be best for us. After going through all the information, including financing options, Mom and I purchased our new HVAC system. It was such a huge relief for us. Adam was professional and informative. He provided so much help. He was everything I have come to expect from Eco, since I became an Eco customer in 2013.

We had a very good experience with Eco plumber. The guys are very knowledgeable about their field and in the question they are asked. They are also very proud to be representing their company. Very professional. I will definitely recommend this company to all my friends and family. Thanks guys for not only your professionalism but for putting my mind at ease on this different household matters.

Eco Plumbers did a fantastic job, I know I have a big problem but they were professional and humorous and so helpful. They were accommodating and very polite. Troy was very nice on the phone to initially get my scheduled, Gray was great and got me rescheduled, and finally Josh and Aaron were great, super informative, made sure I knew what they were doing and what to expect. 10/10 recommend

Nathan was well organized, focused on the work however was willing to answer questions. We were impressed by his attention to detail. We plan to call ECO for any future home repair needs.

Was not happy with price, but over all the work was good, friendly, courteous, respectful, explained in great detail what was being done and price. And thoroughly cleaned. It’s a shame what things cost and don’t last. But they do have a great payment plan and preventative services that’s affordable. If you can afford the monthly plan get it! Thank you for the work.
