Called Eco on a whim when my normally preferred company couldn’t get us in.. I thought we just had a clogged drain that needed snaked.. Long story short, we had a collapsed fountain line which required tearing up my partially finished basement. They fixed the originally problem. We asked them to come back and rip the rest of the cast iron foundation lines out so we weren’t in this spot again.. We have nothing but great things to say about all the employees we dealt with from Jeremy W who came out to snake it , to Devaunghn B who gave us all the estimates and camera’ed the lines and lastly Hunter who did all the work of the repair. He was amazing, answered my questions and worked hard to leave the house in good condition. Ben came to help a few days too.. They were all very friendly and nice to our dogs too! The only thing I can’t comment on is their prices. We were in a bind on the original repair and needed it repaired quickly, we didn’t get any other estimates. We were satisfied with the work and felt like they did a good job. Would recommend them..

Alex Haas was very professional and did an outstanding job. He was knowledgeable of plumbing and found my low water pressure issue within minutes. It was the old water softener. He was able to give me a fair price and replaced it the same day and did a water heater flush. I want him to come back on future calls. H First time using Eco and their slogan is correct if you have a problem GetEco. Com.

I had the pleasure of working with technician Jason Mowen, who is highly experienced. He educated me on what to be aware of and what to know, and I was very thankful for his guidance. Jason came to perform maintenance on the HVAC unit, covering both the heater and the AC unit. I was thoroughly impressed with his work ethic and professionalism. I also appreciate that Eco Plumbing has such a strong reputation for hiring skilled technicians, maintaining excellent communication between their team, and utilizing an account manager. Their use of text and technology to keep customers informed is commendable, making them an all-around incredible company with outstanding employees. Jason did an exceptional job, explaining the workings of the system in detail so I could understand everything he was inspecting. Thank you so much to both Jason and Eco Plumbing—you guys are incredible!

They always do a great job and Rob does fantastic work. Not only did they solve my issues but they explained everything so I understood what was going on and felt informed in my decisions! Will definitely use them again!

Adam was on time and I have never had a technician from Eco Plumbers show up outside the allotted window of time they were scheduled for. Adam was extremely polite, professional and knowledgeable. He educated both myself and my mother on the longevity and/or life-expectancy of air-conditioners. My mother was under the impression that we had the same air-conditioner for approximately 40 years (mind you my parents have lived in this house for 66 years+), but he showed me how to read the manufacturer serial number from the label from inside the unit. He had already captured pictures and this was interesting and nice to know. Kudos to Adam!!! I do have a small suggestion when discussing payment for a project the project should be discussed first. People have know way of knowing if they want to pay cash or finance if they have no idea of what they are paying for. Thank Eco Plumbers, you have been here on a couple of occasions and we are thrilled to have you as our service provider for plumbing and HVAC. It is truly one-stop shopping and very affordable. keep up the Good Work!!!!!
