Update: We decided to move forward with a water heater install and Isaiah did a great job! I thought the confining space would be challenging, but he got it done (and faster than I expected)! He was friendly, knowledgeable, kept me informed throughout the install, and even cleaned up afterwards. A great technician and great first experience with Eco 🙂 I also want to give a shout out to Austin, who assisted with scheduling and getting our financing in place ahead of today's install -- a smooth and fast process. Will not hesitate to use you all again in the future 🙂 First Review for Quote: Bert swung by this morning to give us a quote for replacing our 30-yr old electric water heater and some of the associated plumbing. He arrived promptly, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and discussed all of our options with me. I have one more company coming for a quote, but Eco's pricing was extremely reasonable and transparent, and I feel that they are currently my front runner. Victor was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to unclog my drain, and all is well again. He had great problem-solving skills when he met a challenge (location of drain access was not ideal) and persisted until the job was done correctly. He made sure that I was happy with the work before leaving. He even cleaned up the area, so I had nothing to do afterward. Great Job, ECO, in hiring qualified, reliable, friendly employees like Victor!

Wyatt was able to reschedule my appointment a day early which fell on a holiday. This was very helpful because my sump pump system was working properly. So he was a life saver. After diagnosing the problem I was having he advised available options. He installed a new sump pump and battery backup. He explained how the sump pump system worked. This was very helpful. He removed all the empty boxes and packaging material. Excellent job!

My review is always based on the individual technician before anything else. Jason was extremely helpful and honest, and despite a few pivots in the process we were hoping to avoid, he never changed the price on me & was transparent about options. One of my best experiences with a big company!

Dylan with Eco came to our home today to perform yearly furnace maintenance. It was my first year using Eco for this service. I’m exceedingly glad that I made this choice and grateful that Dylan was our technician. His attention to detail was truly impressive. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and after performing his inspection and taking measurements, he came to me with his findings, a plan of action, and answers to all of my questions. Without getting into details, there were definite problems with the levels of CO2 being emitted which, if not resolved, would have gotten worse and could have been a danger to our family. Dylan mitigated all the issues while being mindful of the cost. He took his time in educating me on how best to perform regular maintenance in order to get the most out of our furnace going forward. I will, without hesitation, ask for Dylan each year when I make this appointment going forward. Smart, courteous, and efficient are wonderful attributes in any business or walk of life.
