Update: We decided to move forward with a water heater install and Isaiah did a great job! I thought the confining space would be challenging, but he got it done (and faster than I expected)! He was friendly, knowledgeable, kept me informed throughout the install, and even cleaned up afterwards. A great technician and great first experience with Eco 🙂 I also want to give a shout out to Austin, who assisted with scheduling and getting our financing in place ahead of today's install -- a smooth and fast process. Will not hesitate to use you all again in the future 🙂 First Review for Quote: Bert swung by this morning to give us a quote for replacing our 30-yr old electric water heater and some of the associated plumbing. He arrived promptly, was very pleasant, knowledgeable and discussed all of our options with me. I have one more company coming for a quote, but Eco's pricing was extremely reasonable and transparent, and I feel that they are currently my front runner. Dylan with Eco came to our home today to perform yearly furnace maintenance. It was my first year using Eco for this service. I’m exceedingly glad that I made this choice and grateful that Dylan was our technician. His attention to detail was truly impressive. He was very thorough and knowledgeable and after performing his inspection and taking measurements, he came to me with his findings, a plan of action, and answers to all of my questions. Without getting into details, there were definite problems with the levels of CO2 being emitted which, if not resolved, would have gotten worse and could have been a danger to our family. Dylan mitigated all the issues while being mindful of the cost. He took his time in educating me on how best to perform regular maintenance in order to get the most out of our furnace going forward. I will, without hesitation, ask for Dylan each year when I make this appointment going forward. Smart, courteous, and efficient are wonderful attributes in any business or walk of life. Dylan is a credit to Eco and their commitment to excellent service. Thank you Dylan. We appreciate you and Eco and look forward to a continued association.

I recently had my water heater replaced, and I couldn't be happier with the service I received from Nikolas. From start to finish, the technician was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and completed the installation quickly without any issues. The quality of their work was top-notch, and they ensured everything was working perfectly before leaving. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of water heater replacement. Five stars!

These guys were great. Sam and his partner arrived prior to appointment time. They listened to what my problems and concerns were. They worked as a team to figure out why I was having trouble with my outlets. After they called their boss, one started working on an estimate and explaining everything while the other was starting to clean up. He tested one last thing and BOOM!!! all the outlets worked again. We were all excited and happy. They also did a great job of explaining what they were doing, why they were doing it, and future concerns that would need to be addressed. Highly recommend!

Service men were great they tried their best to fix the problem. Funny thing is he wasn't sure what the problem was and thought he couldn't figured it out. but an hour after he left the house was warmer than it's been all year. Hopefully this what we needed But James and his help did their very best. I am a regular customer of Eco and will remain so
