We commit to leaving our work area as clean as or cleaner than we found it, maintaining a superior level of cleanliness after completing your service. Should we fall short of your expectations, we will return to clean it again or reimburse up to $250 for the cost of a cleaning service.
No Lemons Guarantees
In the event of equipment failure, if deemed a lemon, we pledge to promptly replace any newly installed components with new, reliable alternatives at no additional cost. Should repair prove impractical, we will supply a like-for-like replacement within the specified timeframe, ensuring your complete satisfaction.
One-Year Make It Happen Guarantee
We guarantee a one-year warranty on all service and new equipment unless specified differently on your invoice. At no cost to you, our team will return and diligently work to resolve the issue.
